GS1 India’s DataKart service is available only to companies who have a valid GS1 India barcode subscription.
What you need to check before you get started:

If you are a GS1 India subscriber you need:

13-digit EAN barcode number or 12-digit UPC code
•
Contact details
•
Copy of your balance sheet (FY 2015-16 or latest) or Chartered Accountant Certificate or VAT returns to substantiate your annual sales turnover
•
For registered SSI units, copy of your Udyog Aadhaar Number (UAN) to avail 20% discount on your DataKart subscription fee.

What is the subscription fee?
This depends on your annual sales turnover and the number of years you subscribe for. See our fee schedule for guidance.

What payment options are available?
You can choose any one of the following payment options:
• Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking
• NEFT
• Cheque, Demand Draft or Pay Orders

How soon will I get access?
You should be able to access your DataKart account within 3 working days of submitting complete documentation and fee payment. You will receive a confirmation email along with your login credentials from us.

Subscription validity
Your subscription validity is for the number of years you select (1year or 3years) per the table below. E.g., a subscription started on 24 May 2017, for 3 years, is valid until 31 May 2020.
