GS1 India’s DataKart service is available only to companies who have a valid GS1 Company Prefix.
What you need to check before you get started:
If you are a GS1 India subscriber you need:
Your GS1 Company Prefix number
Copy of your balance sheet (FY 2014-15 or latest) or Chartered Accountant Certificate or VAT returns to substantiate your annual sales turnover
For registered SSI units, copy of your Udyog Aadhaar Number (UAN) to avail the 20% discount on your subscription fee for the first three years

This depends on your annual sales turnover and the number of years you subscribe for. See our fee schedule for guidance.

How soon will I get access?
You should be able to access your DataKart account within 3 working days of submitting complete documentation and fee payment. You will receive a confirmation email along with your login credentials from us.
Subscription is valid until the previous month of the subsequent year. For example:
If subscribed between Your subscription valid until 1 Jan to 31 Jan 31 December of the same year 1 April to 30 April 31 March of the following year 1 July to 31 July 30 June of the following year 1 Oct to 31 Oct 30 Sept of the following year
Note: To continue to access your DataKart account ensure your GS1 Company Prefix (GCP) and DataKart subscription are valid at all times. To check your GCP validity log in to DataKart here. Then go to My Account.
